As the Bookkeeper, you will report to the Accounting Manager.
The responsibilities of this opportunity include:
Full cycle processing of vendor invoices, employee expense reports, credit card transactions ,etc.
Own and maintain monthly, quarterly, and year-end accounting close activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations and reporting.
Partner with the local team to ensure accurate, timely and complete accounting and reporting of Israeli activities.
Assist with with local, state, and government reporting requirements and reporting to tax and social security authorities.
A successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
Reading and writing English abilities.
Certified bookkeeper (minimum level 2, type 3 and up is an advantage).
Certified Payroll Controller – advantage.
Experience working with NetSuite ERP system – advantage.
Experience working with and accounting for transactions in multiple currencies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with tight, strict deadlines.
Familiarity with Excel and technologically oriented.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
A positive, upbeat attitude and a sense of humor!

Experience working with Coupa, Expensify, and Adaptive.
