Senior Backend Developer - Python

• B.Sc. of Computer Science/Electrical Engineering/Software Engineering/Mathematics

• 3+ years of hands-on experience working as a backend programmer

• Strong proficiency with both Python and JavaScript

• Experience with Node.js runtime environment and Flask framework 

• Strong understanding of REST API principles.

• Experience with cloud environments (preferably AWS).

• Experience in working with SQL Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL Databases (Redis, MongoDB).

• Experience with microservices architecture

• Deep understanding of Computer Science fundamentals: object-oriented design, functional programming, data structures, multi-threading/processing, and distributed systems

• Experience with source/version control (GIT/Bitbucket preferred)

• Experience with CI/CD processes

Advantages

• Experience with web, client-side development (Angular, React, Vue)

• Experience with designing, developing, and maintaining an AWS-based application (AWS best practices of security, storage, caching, deployments, services, automation, etc.)

• Experience with Machine Learning / Algorithms.
